Shipping and Returns

Our normal shipping methods are via U.S.First Class Mail and Priority Mail.   Shipping charges are based on the total pre-tax dollar amount of your order.  Shipping rates are as follows:

International orders can be submitted via phone, email, or fax (see numbers below). Payment must be by credit card only.  For international orders we charge actual shipping cost and a handling fee of $3.00 USD.

USA orders will arrive within 3-6 business days after your order is processed. Canada and Mexico orders will arrive within 6-8 business days after your order is processed. International orders will arrive within 14-20 days after your order is processed. Although we try our best to deliver your order as estimated, delivery times are not guaranteed. Note: “Business days” means Monday – Friday and excludes holidays.

Returns and Replacements

All items can be returned in original condition for a refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not included in refunds unless it was a store error. Please enclose a copy of your receipt with the item, along with your contact information, including e-mail.  Please indicate whether you would like an exchange or refund.  Returns can be mailed to the address below.

Payments, Pricing and Discounts

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  We also accept personal checks and money orders (USD) for phone or fax orders.  All prices and terms are subject to change at any time, without notice.  Sales tax applies to California residents only.

  • SPC members receive a 15% discount on all merchandise
  • Other APPL cooperating association members receive a 10% discount on all merchandise
  • Schools get a 10% discount with a minimum order of 12 items and a 20% discount with a minimum order of 30 items.  Retail purchase for classroom use must be documented on school letterhead.
